A medical practitioner can produce insoles directly through a CAD/CAM milling machine
 On the contrary in operating theatre foot is operated with patient lying down,out of load.
Even the best surgeon won’t be able to simulate, extrapolate and forecast how the foot he’s manipulating will behave when it shall adapt itself to the ground under the influence of all the bofy weight.
Every tendon, every bone, every muscle that is dissected has a different elastance, dipending on bodily structure (normal, dolichocephalic), weight, height, hormonal set up, sex, age, race. It is the most difficult organ to manipulate !!!! That’s why it is better to wear an insole and to consider a surgical intervention as last solution.
Even after intervention a insole is necessary anyhow in order to guarantee a correct interface between foot and ground.

It is built in original way and it allows to couple the simplicity of use with a simple but strong structure, comfortable for patient. A special chair can incline and adapt so that the best situation of patient’s comfort can be realized. At the same time it’s possible to vary the load on feet in order to realize the best supporting conditions for insole production.
