At the end of the day you complain of a dull ache under the
fallen arch at the insertion of the tendon of tibial posterior muscle..

This tendon undergoes chronic
inflammation because it is constantly under stress , under
tension because the arch has fallen.
Because the medial arched has collapsed the whole body weight
goes violently on the head of first metatarsus (hallux) with
formation of allux valgus.
