Supinated forefoot
When it adapts to the ground there is a higher body pressure on the 4th and 5th metatarsal heads….like a pressed coil ready to spring up as soon as foot is lifted from floor!
SUPINATED forefoot without compensation:
the whole foot is supinated even calcaneus.
SUPINATED forefoot with compensation:
Flat foot with calcaneus valgus.
